I have to share a fun and refreshing bit of creative experience- hold on - - - tangent... whether “creative experience” is your thing or not, I can only hope that Your 3xperience includes joy!
.
.
Okay, I want to share the evolution of a connection I discovered while exploring options during some creative expression time. (Where choices of color are imagined and altered to accurately depict the essence of the particular times of creation, and they grow / begin to appear; occupying a space when the experience of the occupancy is right, and it’s a Shared space.
The time when ideas about total composition are thoroughly envisioned in the mind and physical space, with trials and corrections of the arrangement of different types of materials and how they interact when alone or together, and the affect of the visual experience…etc.)
-This time brings me true joy-
.
I discovered what had been created as a result of actualizing particular decisions that have been made (whether confident or struggling to become confident), and these decisions were realized as if the All was ONE, but now One was One and Two, and their connection to each other, to the world individually, and as One and Two with the world and with each other is fascinating!

These are created from an 18 in. square framed print of a digital painting with acrylic painting and paint marker drawing on the glass surface, and the addition of some other parts added to enhance the experience.

Sneak peak...

"Ricardo, die touleier" This is a commission made for a private client's office in Johannesburg. He wanted me to draw a little boy leading a bull... The painting of the Bull is an excisting painting done by an unknown artist and was bought a few years ago for his office space. The result, an interesting interaction between the Bull and little boy , so creating quite an unusual diptich extension... #charcoaldrawing #charcoal #figurativedrawing #figurativedrawings #diptich

Francis Bacon exhibition at the Gasgosian Gallery, Grosvenor Hill, London.
June 6th - August 3rd 2019.
About
The moment a number of figures become involved, you immediately come on to the storytelling aspect of the relationships between figures. And that immediately sets up a kind of narrative. I always hope to be able to make a great number of figures without a narrative.

—Francis Bacon

Gagosian is pleased to present Couplings, an exhibition of Francis Bacon’s double-figure paintings.

Bacon’s disturbing images—his portrayals of friends and fellow artists, and the deformations and stylistic distortions of classical subjects—radically altered the genre of figurative painting in the twentieth century. In Bacon’s paintings, the human presence is evoked sometimes viscerally, at other times more fleetingly, in the form of a shadow or a blurred, watchful figure. In certain instances, the portrayal takes the form of a composite in which male and female bodily traits are transposed or fused. This selective exhibition explores a theme that preoccupied Bacon throughout his career: the relationship between two people, both physical and psychological.
