Questo perché la qualità di un alimento è fondamentale all’interno di una dieta e la qualità deriva da: ottimi valori nutrizionali e tipologia di ingredienti impiegati per produrre quel determinato alimento. Come potete notare infatti le principali differenze tra cereali prodotti industrialmente e i fiocchi d’avena sono: la quantità di zuccheri, la quantità di fibre e l’elenco degli ingredienti! 
Se state seguendo un regime alimentare e avete degli obiettivi ben precisi, puntare alla scelta di alimenti meno lavorati possibili e con ottimi macronutrienti deve essere la vostra regola base. Certo, una volta ogni tanto è anche giusto concedersi qualche piccolo sfizio, l’importante è la moderazione ๐Ÿ™‚

Hey FitnessfriendโœŒ๐Ÿผ heute möchte ich dir erklären, wie du die Übung Dips korrekt ausführst.
Der Dip ist eine effektive Trainings-Grundübung und beansprucht den Trizeps, die Brust und die Schultern.

1. Die Arme sind in der Ausgangsposition nicht durchgestreckt und der Griff ist neutral.
2. Beuge nun dein Ellenbogengelenk bis auf 90°, sodass der Oberarm parallel zum Boden ist.
Wichtig: Beuge dein Ellenbogengelenk nicht zu sehr, denn dadurch erhöhst du das Verletzungsrisiko deiner Schulter!
3. Bei der Bewegungsausführung sollte der Kopf gerade in Verlängerung der Wirbelsäule sein und kein Rundrücken entstehen. Die Beine sind während der Bewegungsausführung hinten überkreuzt. 
4. Anschließend drückst du dich wieder nach oben ohne die Ellenbogen ganz durchzustrecken.

Tipp:
Wenn du die Brustmuskulatur primär beanspruchen möchtest, wähle den breiten Griff. Führe die Ellenbogen weiter nach außen und neige deinen Oberkörper nach vorne.
Wenn du primär den Trizeps beanspruchen möchtest, halte die Ellenbogen enger und den Oberkörper aufrechter.

Der Dip ist eine effektive Trainings-Grundübung und beansprucht den Trizeps, die Brust und die Schultern. 1. Die Arme sind in der Ausgangsposition nicht durchgestreckt und der Griff ist neutral. 2. Beuge nun dein Ellenbogengelenk bis auf 90°, sodass der Oberarm parallel zum Boden ist. Wichtig: Beuge dein Ellenbogengelenk nicht zu sehr, denn dadurch erhöhst du das Verletzungsrisiko deiner Schulter! 3. Bei der Bewegungsausführung sollte der Kopf gerade in Verlängerung der Wirbelsäule sein und kein Rundrücken entstehen. Die Beine sind während der Bewegungsausführung hinten überkreuzt. 4. Anschließend drückst du dich wieder nach oben ohne die Ellenbogen ganz durchzustrecken. Tipp: Wenn du die Brustmuskulatur primär beanspruchen möchtest, wähle den breiten Griff. Führe die Ellenbogen weiter nach außen und neige deinen Oberkörper nach vorne. Wenn du primär den Trizeps beanspruchen möchtest, halte die Ellenbogen enger und den Oberkörper aufrechter.
