Day 18/21 days - #getbacktoroutine
When we use TIME as an excuse, what we are really saying is “I’m choosing not to make this a priority in my life right now”. Everything you do is ultimately a choice even if it seems you are sometimes bound by family, finances, work or health stress. When you put yourself and your health first, I see that you are able to make time and energy for everything else in your life. All you have to do is get up few more minutes earlier than usual. It’s easier said than done I understand but, remember this - if you want to see a result from your underlying desire for well-being, your strong intention alone is not enough, it needs to be met by ACTION.
The reason why I said the above is because, there s always gona b obstacles so there’s no right or wrong time to start your health journey. Once you realise that you need to fix your lifestyle that’s when you start. Travel, work finances shouldn’t stop you. For example, I decided to travel with my family to Chikmagalur yest and I had to still stick to my routine of healthy eating but ofcourse modified it a lil and ate the healthiest options available.
