Leg day motivation
Next time you do a legs workout hit some high rep sets of these; RPE dead ☠️
Even in this pic you can see my toes are pointed up and I’m gripping onto the handles to pull my hips down into the seat. Full control all the way up and down ensuring the quads are put into their fully lengthened range and momentum on the way up is minimised.
Muscle tension, muscle damage and metabolic stress are all key drivers of muscle growth, high rep sets of these will achieve all of the above.
HIIT Lower Body Workout 🔥
Here’s a leg workout I’ve done a couple of days ago. It took me between 25-30 minutes.
You can perform any of these exercises with dumbbells if you don’t have barbells.
On the treadmill
30 sec. sprint
30 sec. rest (step off the treadmill - each foot on the side)
30 sec. sprint +
10 sumo squats
10 sumo deadlifts
10 back squats
10 static lunges
