Ich möchte ständig weinen, lachen und schreien wie eine hysterische, verrückte Frau. Wieso das so ist? Schwer zu sagen. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass sie bald ein Jahr alt ist. Aber ich denke, dass es eher an der immer wachsenden Liebe zu meinem Baby liegt. Manchmal, manchmal oft sogar, habe ich das Gefühl zu platzen. Als wäre da gar kein Platz mehr um noch mehr zu lieben und es ist kurz vorm explodieren... Ich bin so tief zufrieden und kann mir mein Leben einfach nicht schöner ausmalen. Das ein so kleiner Mensch mich so erfüllen kann, dass hätte ich nie gedacht! Mir kommt ganz oft die Frage, womit ich so ein tolles Baby verdient habe...sie ist so einzigartig. Sie ist so sanft, wie sie immer Tiere streichelt. So liebevoll, wie sie immer versucht anderen Kindern ein Kuss zu geben. So fröhlich, wie sie ständig und überall Leute anlächelt und lacht. So wunderbar einfach!! Ich bin mir zu 100% sicher, dass diese kleine Blüte ein so wundervoller und gütiger Mensch ist!!! Die Welt hat mit ihr die größte Bereicherung gemacht!!!! (*sagt jede Mama über ihr Kind*) Ach Leute..., wisst ihr, egal wer irgendwas an mir, meiner Familie oder der Art wie wir leben auszusetzen hat, es ist mir einfach so egal. Ich weiß, dass ich alles richtige mache, wenn ich abends mein kleines Mädchen in meinen Armen habe, ihr was vorsinge oder -lese, sie zum schlafen bringe, dabei von ihr gestreichelt werde und sie ganz sanft und zufrieden ausatmet. Denn alles, was ich im Leben erreichen möchte, ist diesen Menschen unendlich glücklich zu machen!

TRAININGSPAUSE/N ?! •𝓌𝑒𝓇𝒷𝓊𝓃𝑔 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wann war das letzte mal das ihr eine Trainingspause eingelegt habt ? Beabsichtigt oder nicht ? #mondaysgrowup 🤸🏽‍♀️ Wir haben die letzten Monate nur ab und an trainiert & auch hier und da etwas zugenommen. Bei mir ist eher das Problem, das ich alles an Muskelmasse verliere und einfach nur sehr schlank bin, dafür ab Bauch aber zunehme 🙈 Meckern auf hohem Niveau - aber jeder kennt es doch, wenn man ältere Bilder ansieht und da schöne starke Beine, ein runde Po und ein flacher Bauch zu sehen sind. Die letzten Monate waren aber so stressig, das der Körper diese Pause auch einfach brauchte. Heute ging es wieder los und es hat so viel Spaß gemacht ☺️ Das liegt aber auch an meinem Every Workout von @morenutrition.de - er hilft mir immer total im Training. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Macht ihr Sport ? & wie handhabt ihr es mit Pausen ? 🌱✨ #teambodybuilding #bootybuilding
