My phone has absolutely no storage left so, I had a massive clear out of videos yesterday and ended up reminiscing over all these old gems from the last couple of years. Here is proof that I don't just do handstands.
Looking back at these makes me realise how grateful I am for all the weird and wonderful experiences that I've had in my life that I get to call work. When I actually think about it, I've done some pretty epic shit that some kids only dream of. It has been an absolute whirlwind and I'm intrigued to see what's next.
The thing I'm even more grateful for though is all the people who have taught me, shaped me, trained with me, sat down and nattered about life, business and training for hours on end with me and the people who believed in me and supported me even when it seemed like I was making the most illogical life decisions. Thank you. I owe my career to you.
It’s also inspired me to add more of this in to my next training phase. I’m starting to think maybe I will take a step back from strict strength training and go back to being a little more artistic adding in some aerial, dance and gymnastics goals in... @wrennemusic
you got me wanting to be an artist again!
I’m also thinking of maybe setting up a jam in Birmingham for people to come and train/share ideas from all different disciplines, yogi’s, dancers, breakers, aerialists, pole dancers, handbalancers, movement practitioners, musicians....who would be interested?
