we just signed our lives away at @thefieldfitness
just kidding! @thefieldfitness
is having their annual food logging competition! khat joined last year and that’s when she first taught me all about food logging in @myfitnesspal
before we began our crazy personal fitness journey! well, after learning how to track your food intake, I can 110% say it works and helps with your progress. you know exactly what you’re putting into your body, and the numbers on the scale and BMI % are all proof. the coaches measure and track your BMI, give you tips on logging, and well.... you sweat your butts off at the field and see RESULTS!
Last year, I started off at 126lbs, 23% body fat and by the end of July I got to 119 lbs and 19% body fat where it was the very first time I had consistent definition in my abs! unfortunately, last year was full of travel and pretty much after august, I ate all the hard work away. 😂 but getting there just gave me a taste of what it could be like, and that the numbers on the scale only tell you so much.
so, it’s time to give it a go again! I weighed in at 124, but the competition doesn’t start til feb 3rd, so I guess bulking season is still going 🍕🍔🌯🥙🧇🥞 our goal this year is to GET CUT AF!! All thanks to our coaches @the_situasian88 @coachjoshdoes
