06. Do Some Good
Take the focus off yourself and your complaints, grumbling and general winter nastiness and think about someone else for a change. Volunteer, make someone a valentines / birthday / thank you / no-reason card, write a far away friend a letter, check in with a loved one that struggles with depression or SAD. Lift others up and you might be suprised how it lifts you up.
Hint: what would you want someone else to do for you? Do that thing for someone.
