GOOD NEWS‼️ My website is getting close to being done. Finishing up some organizational work for the Online Coaching part of the site I will be offering. However, all of the programs are all set and ready to go!
That being said, I surprisingly got good feedback in favor of Individual Programs as well on the survey I provided for you guys a few weeks ago. These will also be available on my website when everything is all said and done.
But since I have the content for all of my programs finalized, I figured I’d offer those up for you guys ahead of time.
To clarify, I created these programs based mainly on what has worked for me in various scenarios. I understand this isn’t a “one size fits all” approach, so for those of you that are looking for more of that mentor/mentee aspect, where we can work together to customize your program over time, you are better off waiting until the website launches. But for those of you that are looking for a simple guide to get the ball rolling, these individual plans are for you.
I have created plans for both men AND women starting at $40. They include a weekly workout regiment broken out for each day of the week, options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, and vitamin/supplement recommendations based on your fitness goals.
Again, not any one program will work for everybody, so use the material at your own pace. Everyone starts somewhere and everyone adjusts differently. My end goal is to help you achieve your desired results by providing you a roadmap. But ultimately, you’re the one at the wheel, you’re in control.
