With so much tragedy and trials that have been brought to the world’s attention these past few months, we can’t help but have heavy hearts for those suffering during these hard times. One thing we can do, is write some “feelgood words, in hopes they will help” and brighten up someone else’s day, even if it’s for a split second 🥰✨
Feel-good is an emotion that causes a feeling of happiness and well-being. How can you “feel-good”? What causes someone to “feel-good”? 💭 Well there are four brain chemicals that are released when experiencing the “feel-good” state; endorphin, oxytocin, serotonin, and dopamine. How can you release those “feelgood” chemicals? There are SO many ways! But, the most effective way is doing whatever makes YOU happy 😌 Do something you love, read some encouraging words, have a good laugh, even have a good cry - at the end of the day all those things will make you feel better, lift your spirits, and release those “feelgood” chemicals!
Stay tuned as we will be taking a closer look at each of these “feelgood” chemicals separately over the next few posts 🧠💚 Check our Reset Zone’s latest blog post by Rose A. Weinberg ✨ Find those “feelgood” words and give them a read via the #LinkInBio
