Last year in winter I gained alot of weight 🙆🏾♀️ guess ke relationship weight 😂🙆🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ I was a whopping 76kgs. I was really unhappy with my weight and the way I looked. I'm finally down to 70kgs.
I'm super proud of how far I've come.
As things stand, I may not have the hardest six pack but I'm sooo happy in my skin.

Different Ways to manage hunger
You often cheat on your diet because you feel hungry. So in the article I will mention few ways to manage hunger.
1) Eat more protein:
Though the upper limit of protein intake for muscle gain is 1.8 grams per body weight in kgs. High amounts of protein help in satiety and also TEF of protein is high which burns more calories during digestion.
2) Fibre-rich foods:
Fibre-rich foods help in managing hunger as fibres don’t get digested and keeps your stomach full. That is why eating more veggies helps in keeping your stomach full with less number of calories.
Note: Excess fibers may cause digestion issues.
3) High volume, low calorie foods:
Prefer high volume, low calorie foods over low volume foods as low volume foods doesn’t make you feel full and may cause hunger.
Yes, drinking coffee helps in satiety and manage hunger. So, you may drink black coffee to keep your hunger away.
Often thirst is misinterpreted with hunger and people end up eating more. Always keep your self hydrated and drink water more often.
Studies shows that sleep makes you feel less hungry and also helps in losing more fat and less muscle when you are trying to lose weight. So always maintain a proper sleep.
