Let's talk about our physical insecurities...because let's face it we've all got them 🤷🏼♀️
My biggest insecurity whilst growing up through my teens into my 20's would have to be my legs! 🙈
I HATED them! Especially when the whole thigh gap became "A THING" and alot of my friends had what I classed as "perfect legs"
I hated how I felt they were just short stumpy shapeless legs that rubbed together as I walked!
Believe me when I say you would NEVER catch me wearing a pair of shorts!! For some reason I felt they made my legs look 1000 times worse! So I'd do ANYTHING I could to keep them covered up at any opportunity.
I've finally come to grips over the last year or so with the fact my legs are really not as bad as I ever thought, training has helped a HUGE amount I'm not going to lie I feel like they finally have some kinda shape to them and guess who's FINALLY rocking those shorts that used to scare the life out of me and actually embracing and loving the fact I've got those "thicker than a snicker" thighs because you know what that's a part of me! 😍
These legs of mine are pretty damn strong, they can lift a good amount of weight, they have took me to some of my FAVOURITE places and they even help catch any food I drop waste not want not right 💁🏼♀️🤣
What are your physical insecurities and why I want to know! Because I'm sure they make you who YOU are and i bet they can do some pretty badass things too 🖤
