We have control of our actions, what we choose to be influenced by, what we switch on or off too, what we believe, what we choose to do, what we choose to focus on Etc.
👉Focused on, What I CANT do = negative, stuck feelings.
👉Focused on, What I CAN do = constructive, solution based, doing, level of control, manageable, finding new ways.
When we are faced with situations we have no direct control over, all we can do is practice faith & hope. You don't have to be religious to have faith, believe in a certain something or idea to have faith & hope.
IN times like this, you can DO what you CAN, have an eager eye to help, look out for others, practice kindness & compassion, but the rest, let it go for a moment, be in the present, take a breath.
Allow yourself to dream of a positive outcome.
Better days are coming
We will all rejoice & celebrate.
We will appreciate the real wonders in life.
We will be kinder to each other
Be more understanding of each others situations. * understanding what it's like to be a refugee. Stuck, no choice, can't move, need to get safe, feed yourself & family.....we're ALL human. #equality
Appreciate community & family life.
We will see the huge benefits the planet had taken to self heal.
The changes could be amazing.
This is my toughest challenge
But I've had challenges before
Each one I was unsure I would get through
Each time I did & learnt so much.
Without the challenge I would never have experienced the lesson. .
