Too many people talking about weight loss, but aren’t saying anything about fat loss. Anybody can drop weight. That’s not hard. Sorry, it’s not. Fat loss, however, takes long term commitment. Especially, if you have a lot to lose
Listen, I’m not saying don’t celebrate losing weight. I’m all for it. But, have you ever asked yourself, “what kind of weight am I actually losing?” Be a student of the game, don’t be a sheep. Know your body. Educate yourself. Ask questions. Don’t just take a class or hire a trainer and nod your head. ASK ASK ASK!
The fitness industry relies on people who don’t educate themselves. They promote “weight loss” because they know you’re going to put the weight back on. Bc, they know you didn’t lose fat. You just lost water, inflammation and muscle. It’s like a motivational speaker. They know 95% of the people that attend the seminars are NOT going to do the work.
