RAIN OR SHINE…. the @fitbodyapp
helps me stay on track with my fitness goals! Since we’ve been in Seattle and the weather has been CRAZY, @notmattish
and I have been doing the @fitbodyapp
workouts in our hotel room! It’s an app that includes intense workout programs, meal plans, guidance videos (my favorite when I need a little bit of encouragement), and fitness journal all in one. Depending on what your fitness goals are, the @fitbodyapp
includes different programs: Shred, Tone, and Sculpt. On top of my other studio workouts, I’ve also added the app’s Shred program which helps you burn fat and lean down. It’s an intense 30 minute workout that I can easily do at home with no equipment needed except for a yoga mat (I use the carpet), platform (I use my couch) and resistance bands for leg day. When I’m at home and I want to challenge myself, I grab @littleluluthepup
and use her as my weights! It’s the perfect app for when I’m traveling because you can easily do workouts in a hotel room. I’m in a desperate need of an accountability partner so if you want to do these workouts with me, please let a sis know!
